The hot tub view was absolutely stunning.

We encountered serious issues with accessibility. The staircase to the penthouse was challenging for my disability, as there were no elevators available. While the staff was helpful in carrying my walker, it was stressful and exhausting, overshadowing the enjoyment of our stay.

Steps away from 5th Avenue, we enjoyed convenient access to dining and shopping. Friendly staff and a clean, spacious condo made our stay unforgettable. Can't wait to return!

The two-bedroom condo is incredibly spacious, which was perfect for our family. The swimming pools were a hit with the kids. We enjoyed the fantastic views of the pool area from our balcony. The breakfast at the beach club was delicious and served with a great view of the beach, making each morning special.

The Wi-Fi connection in our room was inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating at times.

I couldn’t be happier with the hotel's perfect proximity to both the beach and the bustling 5th Avenue, making it so easy to stroll around and explore all the local restaurants and shops just steps away from my room. The warm and welcoming staff made my stay even better, ensuring I felt right at home as I made my way to nearby attractions like the beautiful Arte en Playa just a few steps away and the popular Mamita's Beach Club, which was only a short walk of about 900 meters away. however, I did notice the lack of elevators, which could be a challenge for some guests but didn’t take away from my overall experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in the two-bedroom condo, especially the rooftop BBQ area and the comfy lounge. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after a day out. Just a heads up, we had a little trouble figuring out the TV, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all! 😄

It was just a strong match for a short interlude in Playa del Carmen with fantastic value for money. Check out the nearby grocery store for snacks and drinks.

We enjoyed the lively atmosphere at Xplor Park with zip lines and cool underground river trips. Plus, the free access to chairs at Así Beach Club was perfect for relaxation. The condo was spacious and clean, and the staff were super friendly. Really great location close to shops and everything we needed.

The only downside was the annoying bracelet access during our stay.
